Didn't fit your sneaker model? We make returns and exchanges simple.

Our Policy

Unworn laces in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Laces that have been installed, washed, or show signs of wear are not eligible.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact support with your order number and the laces you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send a return address.
  3. Repack the laces in their original condition and ship them back.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost.
